The prices of the products in our shop include VAT.
Sales to the Canary Islands, are exempt from VAT, with local taxes being paid by the customer.
Peninsular Spain and Portugal:
Orders over 120 €: free shipping
Orders from 30 € to 120 €: 3.99€
Orders from 0 € to 30 €: 6,99 €.
Balearic Islands: 10.99€
Canary Islands, : postage 12.99 It DOES NOT INCLUDE the management of the import SAD or the local tax to be paid by the customer to the Post Office upon receipt of the package.

IMPORTANT: very heavy or bulky orders with destinations outside mainland Spain may have a surcharge to compensate for the cost of transport. In these cases we will contact the customer before processing the order.
We process and deliver to agencies all orders received before 4pm on working days. If your order has many references or is very large or fragile, we may have to leave it for the next day. Thank you for your understanding.
Although we add reinforcements, it is possible that during Black Friday or some day near Christmas we may have some delay due to the high volume of orders.
For destinations in the Peninsula the delivery time is 24 working hours. These deadlines are met in almost all cases but, although rarely, there may always be incidents beyond our control that cause a delay. Please bear this in mind.
For the Balearic Islands the service is 48h and includes all the islands. These sea and air services are more susceptible to incidents, especially on smaller islands. Plan your purchase well. In addition, very heavy or bulky orders are sent by Post Office to reduce the cost of shipping, but may extend the delivery time.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made with Correos and usually take an average of 4 working days.
Stock breaks: If due to lack of stock or causes beyond our control it is not possible to process your order in less than 48 working hours, we will contact you to decide whether you wish to wait for receipt or cancel it.
We do not ship to the island of Madeira or other islands in Portugal.
Methods of payment
Todoingredientes offers its customers the following forms of payment:
Secure Electronic Commerce - Virtual TPV. All purchases made through this method of payment are 100% secure by adopting the Secure Electronic Commerce mode, through which the user - at the time of payment - will access the website of the card issuer and will have to enter a personal password for exclusive use to make the purchase. No one who does not know this additional security code will be able to make payments. During the purchase process, Todoingredientes website does not have access to any data related to the card.
PayPal. We offer the possibility that users who have a PayPal account can pay with this payment method, with the guarantees and security it offers to users.
Bank transfer. If you select this method of payment, you will receive - together with the order confirmation - the account number to which to make the transfer for the total amount of the order (including taxes and shipping costs). It is very important to indicate the order number in the subject of the transfer. No order will be processed until we have verified that the transfer has been made including the total amount of the order (including taxes and shipping costs)
Warranty and Returns
Todoingredientes ships all products safely in special transport packaging.
An order is considered delivered when the delivery note is signed by the customer. In the case of receiving an incomplete order or with products clearly damaged by transport, the client must contact Todoingredientes within two working days to notify the incident and Todoingredientes can proceed with the replacement and eventual collection, of the affected article or articles, without cost to the client.
With regard to defective products or breakdowns during the warranty period, which is two years from the date of delivery, Todoingredientes respond to the lack of conformity of the product taking charge of correcting it at no cost to the customer, by repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of contract as appropriate. The client must inform the Allingredientes of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the time he became aware of it.
The customer will have 14 working days from the reception of the good during which he can cancel the order, be reimbursed for the money spent and return his purchase. Transport costs associated with the replacement of the product to Todoingredientes will be borne by the customer. For reasons of food safety, food products are excluded from this clause. Also for health and hygiene reasons, any utensil that has been used and/or put in contact with food is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Christmas or Epiphany gifts: Exceptionally and on the occasion of the Christmas and Epiphany holidays, Todoingredientes extends the period of withdrawal of orders made from December 1 until January 11. With the exception of the period, the same restrictions described in the previous paragraphs continue to apply.
